- Add a DOORDOCK code in the delivery address or special delivery instructions when checking out online.
- Delivery codes can be generated in the DOORDOCK app.
- While some websites provide an option for special delivery instructions during checkout, delivery codes can also be input in Address Line 2 of the delivery address.
- Couriers will use this code to place your package securely in the Door Dock.
How long does the DOORDOCK's battery stay charged?
- DOORDOCK operates on long-life rechargeable batteries. Battery life is estimated between 3-6 months but this is dependent on usage and weather conditions.
- DOORDOCK will provide a warning notification through the Smart Life App when battery levels are getting low.
- DOORDOCK is supplied with a battery charging station for easy recharging.
What happens if the DOORDOCK runs out of power?
- You will receive a low battery alert from the Smart Life app.
- DOORDOCK can also be manually accessed with a manual emergency key if the battery is depleted. Please carefully store the manual key in a safe place.
What security features does DOORDOCK have?
- Door Dock is equipped with a secure digital locking system, and the ability to generate temporary burner codes for added security against unauthorised access.
