The Quick Open feature allows couriers to deliver packages without entering a passcode when DOORDOCK is empty. It works only for the first delivery after retrieval. Once you collect your package using your Admin code, the box resets for the next delivery. If a package is already inside, a valid delivery code will be required for additional deliveries.

During online shopping checkout, enter your DOORDOCK delivery code in the delivery instructions or address field. For some stores (like Amazon), delivery instructions can be added at checkout. For others, include the DOORDOCK code in Address Line 2, for example: "Delivery Box Code: 11 22 33".

DOORDOCK is designed for easy DIY installation with the included mounting template, ground anchor bolts, and clear instructions. It can be ground-mounted or placed on a flat stand, and the complete installation kit includes all necessary tools and hardware.

DOORDOCK uses rechargeable batteries that last up to 3 months on a single charge, with a charging station included for convenience. The app sends low battery alerts to ensure you know when recharging is needed. For emergencies, traditional mechanical keys are provided as a backup if the battery is fully depleted.
