- Create a blog post by an influencer / founder telling the story of how door dock was used to return unwanted online purchases with ease.
- Pain: I regularly shop online but have a bad habit of forgetting or not having the time to return items that don’t fit or aren’t what I expected. It's not that I mean to, between work and many other life commitments time slips by so quickly and the return period passes before I have had a chance to go to the post office. I have a catalogue of junk at the back of my press that sometimes I console myself to say someday it might fit but goes to either the charity store in spring clean or the trash in the end.
- Experiment: I recently installed a Door Dock and I wanted to test to see if it would be possible to arrange collection and return of items from right outside my home.
- To do this I: Steps 1-5
- Result / Conclusion: It worked! I did have to pay the courier company to come and collect the items from my home, but postage would have cost at the post office too. I was lucky enough to have a printer at my home still.
- Overall I'm really happy with the result. Wrong size purchases being left in the back of the wardrobe due to difficulty returning will no longer be an issue.
